  • Where is the store based?

    Vancouver, Canada

  • Why is my print taking so long?!

    Because there's only one of me, I order and ship prints once a month, at the end of the month! If you ordered near the beginning of the month, you may have a while to wait. Sorry!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once orders are shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
    International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    Please keep in mind that all orders are printed and shipped once a month at the end of the month, and this can take anywhere between a week to a month depending on how busy the printer is and how long it takes to ship to my home!

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
